A friend of mine at work met the founder of Imerman Angels, Jon Imerman out of Chicago (Young Cancer Survivor), he is a cancer survivor that now has a non-profit organization that helps pair up cancer fighters with cancer survivors and also caregivers.

That's so weird. We just heard about that site.
Apparently that guy Jon came to visit in Baltimore for the day. And, he came to visit my husband.
At least I'm pretty sure that it was him. All I know is that we just got the card promoting this site! I'm off to check it out now!

I just wanted to say. I called to join the data base. The people are SO nice.

The guy Jonny is very involved! This may sound weird.. But I felt at ease just by the sound of his voice. It's very comforting. He's upbeat.. and signs off with Have a strong day.

This is just what I've been looking for. And, I'm sure if youre interested, you'd benefit greatly!

We have been invovled for a while now, and let me tell you it is fantastic. The family we met is incredible. Mike has the former paitent to talk to and I have his caregiver. Wonderful, Wonderful , Wonderful.

I recently found a website; http://www.caringbridge.org/ that is a great tool for keeping family and friends updated on my husband's condition. I've found it helpful as sometimes it gets tiring repeating the same news over and over and it never fails that there is someone that I haven't contacted then they get all bent out of shape.
